Learn an historic photographic process invented in 1851 and used in documenting the civil war. These delicate images on glass have a glow to them that bring the subjects to life. You will learn how to cut and polish glass, and how to sensitize, expose and develop the plate. Images will be made using standard darkroom enlargers with slides/positives. Bring slides and an apron or clothing you won't mind staining permanently. Clear glass and chemistry will be provided.
